I imagine they're probably getting their team of lawyers together on the case. Most likely they're gonna try for the out of court settlement route. They really don't want the bad PR.

That's stupid. Take your "just lols" back to reddit. PR matters in this instance because the bad PR is directly related to the working environment for the talent. Check what has been revealed in the lawsuit so far, that shit is horrifying and nobody wants to be a part of it. So now it will be embarrassing to admit to working as a programmer at google, over time this will ruin google's ability to attract talent. The internet is already trying to move away from display advertising, if google is stuck with trannies and pajeets as the only developers chrome and android will be abandoned by consumers too.
