More realistically a "12,459,283,583th fibs number", since fibs grows much faster than Nth prime and is much easier to calculate.
A zip file padded with a hex string(end of Zip file is defined by format, not its physical size), can convert to arbitrary N+M fibs number.
An illegal fibs file would just contain the N(in unsigned binary) of Nth fibs number, creating a kind of compression scheme.
The N is just a variable for fibs(N) and has no illegal content itself: its only when its interpreted as input for fibs function it becomes illegal.
