Youtube Help!

Hi, friends! Is there a way to stop Youtube from offering videos in Russian? I live in Ukraine, so I got tired of Russians and their deficient language, and therefore I want to block Russian videos from showing up. Also, I would love to autohide any comments in Russian under other videos, they are insulting and unfunny. Thank you in advance!
