Dealing with a real woman is actually difficult and also much more expensive than any porn: even if you buy top-end VR gadgets its still far more "user-friendly" and cheaper.
The other aspect is that people who are exposed to porn/erotica have higher standards for visual appeal changing beauty standards to levels where only porn actresses and supermodels are truly beautiful. Also, it keeps female power in check: if everyone was euphoric NoFapper/NoPorner, women would play man like a fiddle.

It wont affect anything in the long run. People who watch porn will produce less offsprings, cleansing themselves from the gene pool, while people who date real women will produce more offsprings.
