I come to a question:
Is masturbation less pure than sex actually? desire& lust are actualized within sex - exchange of fluids.
Masturbation isn't actualizing that desire, its a simulacrum/fantasy that relieves sex tension.

The solution is to limit exposure to what you find sexually stimulating. If "2/10 roasties become 5/10, 6/10 become 9/10" then you must avoid contact with "roasties" above 1/10. Luckily the female employees, if any, at a welfare office, landscaping firm, prison, etc. are likely to be 1/10 or below so there are still plenty of viable lifestyles that allow for this. Obviously advertising and porn need to be avoided, and you may as well quit reading books.
