High civilization is inevitably doomed to a horrible failure, its only real purpose is to show the intelligent the folly of trying to pervert nature. When trapped inside high civilization one can only focus on absolute rejection of the comforts afforded by it, as it is a symbolic spiritual prison that can only be escaped from by willpower.

There is no evidence of a civilization become ultra hedonistic and degenerate and somehow fixing itself. Yet people are still refusing to accept that they must relive their past and untangle all material desires they have been saddled with. They still think that their pathetic works can somehow be redeemed and will last.

There unironically, genuinely are retards, who believe that societies with computers, internet, social hierarchy different from all the hierarchies ever before, global trade, egalitarian meritocracy stronger than ever, and education orders of magnitude better than any in the last millennium, will randomly "collapse" because some people are "hedonists", despite this "hedonism" being part of entire history.

All civilizations are worthless. How could they be otherwise when you just die anyway? The best thing to do is reject the material world entirely, including notions of civilizations. In fact, anything that can be expressed in language, anything that can be felt by the body, anything that can be seen by the eye, it all must be rejected in favor of gnosis.
