Its a combination of factors:
1.Xenoestrogens kill sex drive(soy,plastics,water chemicals). These compounds in sum also turn males more feminine, weaker and emotional.
2.Male-hostile media forms anti-male cultural narrative: feminism/LGBT as enlightened future vs Male-centric family patriarchy as despicable past.
3.Legal framework discriminates and targets males. Divorces, adoption/custody, aliments, rape accusations,etc. Males are presumed guilty by default.
4.Role model subversion: Female/LGBT role models imitated by children/teen males. The archetype of hero is replaced or removed entirely as chauvinistic power fantasy.
5.Goal subversion: Family life deconstruction and ridicule, showcasing dysfunctional families(think "Married with Children"). These create doubt about creating a family and reduce incentives.

The simulacrum of 'ideal women', a tulpa/egregore of sorts forms from the abstract ideas about forms and traits we consider most desirable with minimal flaws/quirks, subconscious desires and perceived reproductive fitness.

The key factor driving this is birth control. 1.Abortion and birth-control enables non-reproductive leisure sex. Abortion as last resort birth-control method changes pregnancy to temporary condition.
2.non-reproductive leisure sex is promoted as luxury lifestyle. Media builds a hedonist narrative centered on 'sex-heros' role models enjoying unlimited sex and suffering no negative consequences.
3.This 'Lifestyle' allows females to live without stable partners. The natural counter-balances such as pregnancy and STDs are neutered by drugs. Birth-control alters key hormones, changing reproductive strategies.
4.Without stable partner, females tend to psychologically consider feminism and female independence as central cultural values. Hormonal changes due birth control may add undue stress and trigger psychological coping mechanisms(response to anti-reproductive trait).
5.Feminism is empowered by these women to promote anti-male agenda, both culturally and numerically. This project enormous 'political clout' by associating female freedom/rights/independence with availability of birth control and abortion.
6.Now with birth control(and abortion) reducing birth rates, elite(aka "Job creators") feels a decline in labor market which it compensates by importing immigrants or using already present illegal immigrants as alternative to native labor. This is also cheaper as immigrants are far less capable of unionizing and protesting, especially if their status as citizens is question.
7.Country is forced(by elites) to accept more and more immigrants as native population declines with feminist policies and anti-male discrimiation permeating entire culture. Low-skilled immigrants tend to import back their own families(chain migration), which don't participate in labor market, instead creating strain on welfare system. This of course isn't sustainable, so anti-immigrant movements and parties try to stop the irreversible cultural/demographic shifts. They are of course not seeing the root cause(birth control), enabling the entire process to be supported and promoted(population replacement/stabilization).
8.Natural selection does its work and native population is displaced by robust R-selected immigrants which outlaw birth control and feminism using legal frameworks(as they're now the majority). Elites either conform to new culture to migrate to their own cultural enclaves, where it slowly declines as birth-control and "anti-reproductive traits" annihilate the genetic remnants.
Civilization and IQ above 80 is not sustainable, because it leads people to do things like casual sex without reproduction or programming computers without reproduction.

It's the endpoint of technological civilization. You can't have one without the other. Maybe naturalistic reproductive values are compatible with a 17th century Victorian-style civilization, but once people have iPhones in their hands, it's over. Good luck artificially holding back technological progress without being some time traveler that would have foreknowledge of its effects.
What's going to happen is the adopters of technological civilization (Westerners and some Asians) are going to die out then get replaced by noble savages who would end up making huts and spears out of the airplanes and data centers of the previous bygone civilization. And it will be beautiful.
