I don't have a garage so my car is out in the weather all the time. Also I don't know how to change the oil or if I need to do it now. Please advise.

I always park my car in a parking lot too. Not a big deal. But get an oil change every 3,000 miles or so. Just pay a mechanic to do it. When they change your oil, they will sometimes do other things too, like look and see if there are other problems, or sometimes put air in the tires. Just make sure you go to a trustworthy mechanic, because other places will make up fake "repairs" that need to be done and then charge you extra.
I haven't been down to check on my car in two days, hopefully it isn't stolen and the battery still works. The problem is that my car alarm is very quiet when it goes off and it also has a little light that probably drains the battery after some days. I'll go check it tomorrow and drive around somewhat then report back if I remember.
What are you trying to change your oil into? I find that wine is so trite, perhaps you could make hollandaise.

Another problem with my car is that it is black, so it gets extremely hot sitting in the sun even though the back windows are tinted and I use a reflective shade on the front windscreen.

The other day I was driving around in my black car in the sun and it got so hot I decided to find a beach and go for a swim. I turned off the ac so that I would be extra warm for jumping in the water but after about four hours of driving I got so hot I ran off the road. I'm talking feverish delusions level of hot.
