Online Natural Selection of Ideas leading to a super-human worldview?

Name: Anonymous 2019-01-11 23:55

Outside of plebs and normalfags who exist in filter bubbles, will the internet eventually arrive at a dominant holistic viewpoint, in regards to philosophy, politics, and so on, that, through the process of defeating all competing viewpoints, is literally perfect and infallible?

We can see this occurring within certain aspects of the internet, like the way, in the incel communities, the Red Pill overcame the Blue Pill but was subsequently crushed by the Black Pill. Or how libertarianism and communism were destroyed by Spencerist Alt Right ideas on edgy politics boards. Or how Brahmanism beat out christcuckery on /fringe/ boards. At some point all of these already successful ideas will have to compete and/or merge with each other in a next-level ideas-battle scenario, and the outcome of this may just be an infallible worldview.

Not if cataclysmic-catastrophism turns out to be the most right viewpoint and we all die in some catastrophic sun explosion or pole shift or whatever.

it's not the best ideas that win but the ones that resonate most with the community. edgy politics imageboards and textboards embraced the alt-right but communism is on the rise on political twitter. your're are drawing conclusions based on your're are bubble, which, ironically is what everyone else is doing. when the ideas stabilize around a local maximum, the competition stops and groups become insular and homogenous, not even willing to fight each other beyond making potshots at what isn't even the opposing worldview but rather their're are imaginary vision of it. in the end, it's just like Kojima predicted:
everyone withdraws to their own gated community, afraid of a larger forum. no-one is invalidated but nobody is right.

Don't change these.
