If Russian gets caught near border with Europe, he will go to Russian jail.

The real reason for that is European Union paying Putin to prevent Russian citizens from illegally immigrating into Europe. Why wont Trump pay Mexican government to establish similar zone?

One may object: how come such unspoken agreement is possible between Putin and EU, which has put sanction onto Russia?!!

The reality is that sanctions are on paper and in news only. In reality Russia keeps selling oil and gas to Europe, like nothing has happened, while Putin's daughters are still freely living in Europe spending the money stolen from Russians.

Of course, they don't want influx of millions poor Russians immigrants over the border, especially when Russia barely has the manpower to keep China out of the equation.

One may ask what stops them from legally purchasing a ticket and boarding an airplane? Simple answer: EU requires Russians to have several thousands USD worth of insurances to issue visa. $1000 is really huge money in Russia, you can be killed for less. So only very rich Russians can afford to visit Europe legally. And these people wont be seeking illegal employment there.

I worked/lived in Siberia for 6 months - Khabarovsk Siberia. It has a border crossing with China. During the winter one can take a hike from the city to the Chinese border and many do. The Chinese working at the border station only spoke Chinese and a few Russian and none ever met any American trying to cross and shook head at me. I just wanted to try some real Chop Suey.

Oh winter because there is a river between the crossings and you need hard ice to walk to the border unless you are Moses and can part the water.

license is a form of a contract. most contracts don't allow one of the parties to unilaterally and retroactively change its conditions. so just make a note somewhere that you acquired it under CC0, preferably with archive.org link proving that it used to be licensed that way.

Hi,

I'm a novice here, I am currently involved in a court case and I could really do with access to a particular website using the internet archive but the robots.txt problem has now stopped me accessing the archive so I can't make a nice little video for court.

The domain is currently with godaddy and I can purchase it for £600 ish, just wondering if I will be able to remove the robots.txt and re-gain access to the old screenshots??

Not post office - Craigs list. You just find someone that looks like you could live with her for a few years and pray that she does not end up a He when he comes over here.
