Idea on terraforming Mars

Mars needs a strong magnetic field.
Thats what sustain the atmosphere.
Since Mars is geologically inert, burying strong perm-magnets all over the place would provide an artificial magnetic field on the surface.
And solar wind can be redirected.

Now how to create the atmosphere and water cycle:
Water:
Obviously transporting water from earth is both costly and denies us resources.
This will require crashing water-rich comets into Mars or mining martian rocks to convert to water.
Oxygen:
Steal it from Venus CO2 rich-atmosphere and convert to liquid form to transport - or as above refining it from rocks.
Adding CO2 will allow plants(algae) to enrich the atmosphere with oxygen and kickstart the ecosystem.
May also help terraforming Venus.

Build factories on mars specifically to produce huge magnets using the mined minerals, then bury them in a pattern of mutually supporting fields to cover the entire surface. Mark sites of magnets for maintaince and replacement.
Add magnetic strength monitors at each section of magnetic grid.

Mars is too small and might already be inhabited. A better idea is to reverse-terraform Venus and turn it from a literal hellscape into an Earth-like planet by reducing the heat and pressure and making the atmosphere consist of oxygen.

It has been claimed by astrobiophysicists that Venus actually used to be quite Earth-like in terms of pressure and atmosphere and temperature billions of years ago before run-away climate change and the greenhouse effect turned it into what it is today (hellscape).

If we can figure out how to reverse the greenhouse effect and rapid climate change on Venus, not only would we have a second planet for elbow room we would also be able to save Earth if we catch the runaway climate change and greenhouse effect in the near future.

Venus and Earth are, for all intents and purposes, the same planet. Totally indistinguishable, practically speaking. In fact, Scientists are saying that there are no other known examples of two planets in the same solar system both sharing such a similar solar orbit/distance and being of the same size and density. So why is Venus a hellscape compared to Earth? Or is it? Perhaps life lives there comfortably and looks to Earth as the hellish twin.
