1. Nigga steals a bike, selling it to some poor people in his neighborhood for 1/10 of a price. These people may hold legal jobs, but they are unable to afford a full priced bike.
2. Nigga uses the money he got from stolen bike to buy cocaine.
3. Cops busted the nigga when he had coke on him, and now he has to serve jail time.
4. There is increased demand for more bikes, cocaine, prison personnel and anti-theft "find-my-bike" devices.
5. New jobs created in multiple niches.

So yeah, I recommend you to reevaluate theft.

You forgot 3a: cops wait until the nigger has dealt enough coke to buy fancy chains and cars and then bust him and confiscate his assets allowing for the police department to generate extra income to spend on consumer goods. Sage for the uncouth title however.

Increased demand is a negative, not a positive.
