Nobody can explain why it is not okay to burn hamsters alive - they do is spitting some emotional nonsense, like if they are animals themselves. Given that I believe humanity must be divided into two parts: normal human beings, and more animalistic obsolete scum, so the later could be cleansed for being animals.

In Florida they passed a bill allowing citizens to kill iguanas because of their prevalence as an invasive species, however, they had to issue a warning because too many people were killing them inhumanely and recording themselves doing it and now if you kill an iguana it has to be determined whether or not you did it humanely.

Everything is deemed at a moral perception regarding the case scenarios. What some may deem as cruelty others may deem as perfectly fine. However, torturing an animal just for the "fun of it". Clearly is an act of barbarianism and true cruelty. At least by my standards of perception.
