Russia becomes Empire once again!

Putin started the process of rewriting Russian constitution, giving him absolute power, now officially. The new constitution would allow totalitarian ideology, abolishe human rights and national republics. I.e. Chechen, Tatar and Buryat republics will be reformed into usual regions and their ethnicites will lose their additional rights over common Russians (i.e. their languages and culture would be banned).
