Imagine an omniscient AI that records your every thought and controls a satellite network that vaporizes criminals at the moment of their intent to crime being actualized. How would society exist in such world after the AI takeover? Will it better or worse?

Crime would literally go underground. Aside from that, things will remain pretty much as they are now.

That is impossible even theoretically due to the halting problem.

"Crime" is a relativistic concept, usually defined as "anything disliked by the elites". Poor man sole a piece of bread? That is crime! You criticized Putin for taxing you 101%? That is crime! Don't want to serve in conscription army? That is crime! Enjoying gay sex, instead of creating more slaves? That is crime! Working on your autistic programming project instead of plowing Putin's potato field? That is crime!
Were such a system possible, crime would be limited to a small number, say ten, distinct universally-reviled acts, and punishment deferred until after an appropriate opportunity for rehabilitation had passed. The punishment would be permanent exile from the land of the righteous, and this alone would result in eternal suffering.

>>7 What are these ten acts? I can think of physical violence, theft, and deceitful communication. Though what about coveting, as this sin is the root cause of most crime.

China did not donate masks and other medial supplies to Italy. Italy had to purchase the medical materials and equipments. Chink propagandist lied about it to improve China's shitty reputation. Disgusting yellow jews. The arsonist comes to "rescue" the victim. How wonderful!
