Putin is emperor. Now officially.

The new Russian constitution formally gives Putin unlimited power and a lifetime rule with ability to transfer the power to whomever he decides. The constitution also introduces a supergovernment entity, the so called GosSoviet, which acts outside of the law and is formed of the Putin's closest and most loyal accomplices. These officers are also given enormous power. Like they can just kill anyone without any repercussions.

A recent nuclear leak may be related to new nuclear-powered strategic weapons Russia is developing. These are part of a range of new ‘super weapons’ unveiled by President Putin on March 1, 2018. Russia is testing a nuclear-powered mega-torpedo called Poseidon and a nuclear-powered cruise missile called Burevestnik. If either are to blame, then it would not be the first radiation spike caused by testing one of these weapons.
