crop of 'civilizations' will not have abundant resources/fuels to exploit
and will not escape into space or be able to create AI singularity.
Its a one-way, irreversible process where either
A.Technology extends resources or their sources(Technological Singularity/Space Expansion)
B.Technology runs out of limited resources and regresses to
lower forms, eventually reaching dark ages.

Considering B will also include Climate Change(Ocean acidification, marine
foodchain collapse) and extreme pollution(Microplastic,heavy metals,etc)
the future of such humanity will suck even more than the past dark ages.

Build a wall around Africa and send them all back.
