Also, the term you're looking for is authoritarian, which might be a correct exaggeration of what they actually are: selt-responsibilizing for the fate of their own citizens and community/nation. This is preferable, btw.
America's style of freedom doesn't lead to community/fraternity, but only to the rule of the chaos of desire, which always follows the engineered trends of the time, such as you're now doing with the transgenderism crap. And this makes them (whoever sells you hormones) a lot of money without benefitting you one bit. Had you tried instead some coping-with-rage strategies, or explained to someone that you in the beginning only took hormones to deal with your rage issues (before jumping into the bandwagon), this might have actually helped you more.
