I'd go with being a bank manager since it's better paying than working in a barbershop. You still have your own business and can grow as much as you want within 4 years if I remember correctly from my banking training classes. Also there are no long hours like being a bartender so less chance for depression due to late nights, weekends, etc. You also get more free time during work days compared to having to cut hair. The downside is the stress management side effect where there is always something on your mind at all times even when not doing anything productive (stress hormones) but just kinda thinking about stuff or worrying over things. On the flipside though, there isn't really any extra responsibility/pressure placed onto you by the clients whereas with the banker job, they will expect you to do their best because they're financially dependent on you. But again, depends how much pressure people put on themselves versus what type of person you are naturally.
