When you submit a video to youtube, in order for viewers to comply with the user license aggreement, they must access the youtube website to view your video every time they wish to see it. In addition to their activity being tracked, they may also have to watch advertisements to watch content that was provided to youtube for free, by you. If your viewers will see advertisements, you should at least get some compensation for it. So don't use youtube. Find a website that provides a download button and doesn't require complicated javascript intended for tracking. Have respect for your potential viewers. Host your content yourself or let your viewers help you by using bittorent.
