Knowledge is a Privilege

I will acknowledge that pricing on eBooks is not ideal, but pricing is a different conversation--you can't just take what you want, when you want, because you disagree with what's being charged. An eBook is a luxury, not a right. If you can't afford it, too bad, but that's life. If you go to Target and they have a flatscreen television you like, but you can't afford it, can you just take it? No.

Americans artificially keep their wages high through legal measures like minimum wage laws. They also create laws to keep foreigners from competing in the domestic market to protect their wages. If Americans really wanted to stay true to their free market principles they should allow all Mexican labor to come to America and compete against them on an open market, but they won't because they know Mexicans can work cheaper and better than them.
