What would you name your hypothetical Scheme implementation, or perhaps /prog/'s Scheme implementation, if it were to create one?
I was thinking of something that would be antagonistic against the leftists, SJWs, and other liberals/normies within the programming community. Not necessarily anti-Jewish, but perhaps embracing Jewish archetypes and extending them into the realm of parody would be okay.
Something that would become the plan9front of the LISP/Scheme community, hated by those who lack a sense of humor, yet an interesting, fun and beneficial software project in it's own right for those involved.
I already have my `Loli-con' language, where `con' being a synonym of the word `scheme' or `racket' (as in, `con artist'). It is sort of related to Scheme, but takes influence from many other languages. It takes those stolen features and combines it all to make huge nasty mess that never quite works right and has deep foundational problems and inconsistencies. Programming anything more than fibs makes it obvious quickly that it's just the hacked together garbage of someone who thought he could achieve Satori after implementing a single metacircular evaluator.
I still like the name and still think that it is clever though. I'd like to use it again one day on a better planned project.
I think our Scheme shouldn't be called Scheme, even if it implements RxRS to the letter.
It's the name of the language that killed Lisp, Scheme, and Smalltalk.
Clojure is a step in the right direction for how to name your Scheme. Something entirely different, something that a business exec won't feel like a moron saying at a meeting.
Only faggots want to talk about their lisps or their gay schemes.
