I think working on side projects that you have passion for is good. Sadly, the most important thing is to be able to get a job. It is a different period in time for you than when I grew-up. I enjoyed assembly language. That's not very good for getting a job. I don't know. I'm depressed by programming today. You have to do a lot more integrating 3rd party stuff instead of making new stuff. I am very sad at how huge Linux and Windows are. It sounds just awful. Not delightful.
Do you think the jews are trying to make programming utterly unenjoyable to keep power over us?

What happens if you're doing something intense that takes up more than your 8GB RAM?

In my operating system I load whole files into memory, not blocks
So he gives you more limited memory, then makes it so you waste memory like crazy.

Terry, I admire your programming skills and I would like to take some doubts .
I don't know if you can answer a simple person like me but anyway I will try.
I want to be a good programmer in future like you. But sometimes I find myself spending a lot of time in online games and when I'm not playing hard i don't have hard focus in only one thing.
Some days i like to programming in C++, Some days build games in other languages, some days I prefer to study security.. I never focus only on one thing, normally a do what I feel like in the moment.

this will hurt me? can you give me some tips for being a good programmer like you ?
