And every employee working in the free market accomplishes optimal efficiency? Great! That means I don't need to worry about my store staff stealing from the stock room. And I don't need to worry about harassment either. That would be counterproductive to the profit of the company, and they certainly would not want that. And the CEO certainly wouldn't buy a yatch instead of investing that money into his R&D branch. That would cause him set backs and send him behind the competition! CEOs like that would go out of business in no time! I don't see very many of those!
