Not everyone is like you. Get an actual job. Interact with
other humans in a work setting. You'll see that human nature is actually well-conducive to efficiency. Yes, people like to have fun instead of working. But they get free time by doing their work efficiently and with high quality, not by neglecting it. Ever heard that laziness is the engine of technical progress? It's true. So pretty much any manager would rather have a bunch of high-qualification employees that would let him/her have lots of free time playing Angry Birds or flirting with their boss; than hiring a bunch of no-goods just because they're white, and then living in hell of underproductivity and having to fix things.
