all that it did was enable people who would never have sold or used herion to do so thanks to black markets..

I remember, back in the institute days when I didn't have laptop, I would spy on my EOT's vkontakte page through my roommate's laptop because he never logged off from vk. I think I even downloaded her pictures to a USB stick so I could look at them on my home computer. The roommate was oblivious for a while, but then caught me using his laptop, but he was cool about it.
