/g/ garbage can
Ever had a garbage sentence pop into your mind, that you just had to dump on /g/? Well, this program will allow you to do that without being exposed to all the crap you find on that website.

Write a program that reads a message from its input and posts it to a random thread in /g/. The captcha can be downloaded and displayed by an image viewer, then filled out by the user.

There is no imagebased captcha anymore, though.

What is this /g/ that you constantly speak of? Is it on 4chan? Or if not, where?

I remember for a while "install gentoo" used to be posted as a non sequitur in many threads on /prauge/ and I just today found out it was a /g/ meme.

I also thought dubs were a /lounge/ thing.

I was curious to see when the install gentoo spam on /prog/ began and did a search through the prog db, and a bunch of lel cunt's spam came up. Those were the days.

You know I'm kind of surprised new-/prog/ doesn't get spammed at all.
Xtian-chan constantly spammed old /prog/ with his religious and racial views.

But if you download captcha, isn't it probably that your Internet Protocol will be exposed? Also, the last time I heard, 4chan required having Javascript enabled just to view captcha. This is probably for spying purposes. I'm sure that 4chan sufficiently dumps garbage on itself like a fountain. Anything we can say would probably bless it. The best we can do is distance ourselves from it as much as it possible. Its only purpose is to be a cancer containment center. I do however like the idea for your program. I remember doing something like that manually to random noreply emails when I was small. We should make this work.

Enable cookies and suddenly 4chan can see every other website that you visited that sent you a cookie. They can see that you followed a link from Facebook, they can see that you've been reading Digg and they know what your username on gaiaonline is.
It's crazy that people browse the Internet without realizing that they're giving everybody all this information. Cookies should be disabled by default.

Also people need to stop designing websites that don't work when you don't have cookies enabled.
This is all because of Google. They spread the idea that you should force users to use cookies or else refuse them service by not letting them log in.

Just write a client for each site that pretends to run js and keep cookies but doesn't do anything harmful on the client side and sends random normal looking data for fake cookies and shit. Also do a version check on the js and shit in the page so if the site changes you can update your client.

How is that? I thought those attacks all involved tricking the user into doing something. I know Google gets it all with analytics, but the analytics client doesn't get 3rd party info.
