Sorry, but as a Ramen-Profitable[1] hustler, I scorn ``Big Macs'', and only dine on the finest noodles, such as Nongshim Shin Ramyun Black Premium, Mama Yentafo Tom Yum, Nissin Yakisoba, and Indomie Mi Goreng.

Are you taking me for an entry-level ramen connoisseur? If all you have done all your life is to boil water (just kidding - you strike me as the sort of person who would microwave the water) and put the "pasta" in, they I would understand your misunderstanding. I will not endeavor to educate you, but I'll have the more enlightened readers know I'm no ramen chump. I supplement it infinite combinations of Pork, Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, Eggs, Green onions, Mushrooms, Bean sprouts, Carrot, Corn, Bok choi, Nuts, Peppers, Sesame seeds, and many other ingredients, depending on my mood and local availability. As I enjoy my next gourmet bowl, I shall spare a thought for programmers who only dine on Big Macs such as >>14.

>>16 I've never eaten a Big Mac. I compared it to your carb loaded junk food. "Supplementing" it with a piece of semi-healthy food isn't going to magically make it healthy.

Sauerkraut (homemade)
Mandarin oranges

Pecan nuts

Sesame paste with spices and apple vinegar
Apples

Big Macs are great, I ate one a couple months ago. I don't remember McDonald's tasting that great in my childhood. Sure beats Burger King by a landslide. I am biased though because cheeseburgers are by and large my favorite fast food.
Also, people who write columns on economics often use the price of Big Macs across countries to explain if a currency is undervalued or overvalued, which is funny I guess.

Using ``Big Macs'' to compare purchasing power is fallacious if you fail to adjust for local differences in nutritional values[1]. It is as preposterous as comparing Canadian and Australian currency because of their identical name.
What are those 23,000 Big Macs? 23,000 2014 North-American Big Macs? 23,000 2006 Turkish Big Macs?

No, it doesn't mean Russia is more wealthy, it just means they are able to afford more Big Macs, which may or may not translate to a better living standard, all depending on whether the price for Big Macs is comparable to the price of every other necessity, which might as well since Big Macs are often made with local ingredients.

>>36
People use Big Macs for these kind of informal comparisons since they are made and sold according to some sort of standard accross countries set by McDonald's and not by the country itself. They are not super duper accurate but it's good enough as an example of currency worth and standard of living for laymans I guess.

The reason they're so cheap in the Ukraine is because it was a part of the United State's campaign of cultural subversion in that country. The USG likely spent hundreds of millions of USD subsidizing the expansion of McDonalds restaurants, part of a $5 billion dollar plan to spread the tentacles of Western culture in that region prior to their coup d'état and takeover of the country.

Here's a Jew from the Obama administration admitting it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2fYcHLouXY

They've also been doing it in Russia since the fall of communism, but the Russians wised up in recent years and have been trying to reverse it. Also, in South Africa prior to and after the fall of the arpathied state, in order to undermine the NP and Whites living there.
