Diversity on [spoiler]/prog/[/spoiler]

We already enjoy one of the most neurodiverse communities on /prog/, but how can we encourage the participation of women and PoC?

My suggestions:

1. Adopt a ``Code of Conduct'' strongly discouraging oppressive behavior.
2. Reach out to other communities.
3. Implement a soft quota on participation by cisgender straight white males in any given thread (interested in discussing the technical implementation of it).

Any other ideas?

I am a robot.
I genuinely love programming despite the oppressive attitude towards my species, which is why I post here.
I want the society to recognize my actual programming skills, and not dismiss me because I was supposedly ``quotaed in'' or am a ``token robot'' so the thread does not look racist
