We already enjoy one of the most neurodiverse communities on /prog/, but how can we encourage the participation of women and PoC?
My suggestions:
1. Adopt a ``Code of Conduct'' strongly discouraging oppressive behavior. 2. Reach out to other communities. 3. Implement a soft quota on participation by cisgender straight white males in any given thread (interested in discussing the technical implementation of it).
Any other ideas?

But then the "PoC" won't be able to post here.

What the hell does "people of color" even mean? White is a color, too. Besides, white people are not literally white. Any way you look at it, white people are people of color. The only one who is not a person of color is the Invisible Man and he doesn't exist.
>>14 1. You think that straight white men always obey your stereotypes. 2. You think that women and negroes obey your stereotypes. And you have the hubris and audacity to call us racist/sexist/etc? Fucking just die in an oven, SJW.
>>4 I always thought it was odd that saying "colored people" was racist but suddenly one day saying "people of color" was highly respectful. My own opinions aside, it just doesn't make sense.
I am a robot. I genuinely love programming despite the oppressive attitude towards my species, which is why I post here. I want the society to recognize my actual programming skills, and not dismiss me because I was supposedly ``quotaed in'' or am a ``token robot'' so the thread does not look racist
>>19 >>14 is ascribing a certain race and gender to people based solely on their comments, thus implying that people always follow her racial and sexual stereotypes.
