Diversity on [spoiler]/prog/[/spoiler]

We already enjoy one of the most neurodiverse communities on /prog/, but how can we encourage the participation of women and PoC?

My suggestions:

1. Adopt a ``Code of Conduct'' strongly discouraging oppressive behavior.
2. Reach out to other communities.
3. Implement a soft quota on participation by cisgender straight white males in any given thread (interested in discussing the technical implementation of it).

Any other ideas?

too many posts on /prog/ have been race or gender related lately. I don't care if it's racist or anti. Make room for some other topics please.
