Diversity on [spoiler]/prog/[/spoiler]

We already enjoy one of the most neurodiverse communities on /prog/, but how can we encourage the participation of women and PoC?

My suggestions:

1. Adopt a ``Code of Conduct'' strongly discouraging oppressive behavior.
2. Reach out to other communities.
3. Implement a soft quota on participation by cisgender straight white males in any given thread (interested in discussing the technical implementation of it).

Any other ideas?

What the hell does "people of color" even mean? White is a color, too. Besides, white people are not literally white. Any way you look at it, white people are people of color. The only one who is not a person of color is the Invisible Man and he doesn't exist.
