Licensed Web Sight Operators

Hi, are there any other web masters here? I just got my license today to operate on port 80. I wanted to get one for port 553 too, but I couldn't afford the license to get an escrow key for ETLS (that's webmaster jargon for Escrowed Transmission Layer Security), apparently you have to buy that separately. I was so excited when I could finally put in my web site operator license number on my DNS registration! My friend recently got his license revoked, he failed to remove an offensive post on his forum (some racist shit), they confiscated his servers and gave him a subpoena and apparently he's facing some time and a huge fine. I kept telling him he needed to monitor the posts his users made more carefully, but he wouldn't listen. What kind of service do you guys think I should run? I don't want to run a text BBS, it's too hard to check what everyone writes to make sure it's allowed.

Make a text bbs where everyone can post sentences made from a preselected set of words. Similar to how Pokemon does.

Example:
Sentance: I love POTATOES ___
Possible words: I RED BLUE YOU ZIR XIR THEY THEM AM LOVE HEAD OF AT EARTH KEYBOARD SCREENSHOT POTATOES RASPBERRIES MARISA_KIRISAME

MARISA_KIRISAME YOU LOVE THEM EARTH POTATOES

That's clever! I'd have to do some computation though to make sure that every combination of words and their contexts yields a legal sentence, but alas I lack the required license to run a compiler on my state-issued operating system. Oh well, maybe some day.

I'm a bit frustrated about the new computer speed limits, I have to downgrade my CPU otherwise I'd have to pay extra to keep the machine running.

I narrowly avoided catastrophe, when I noticed that the credit card where my AOL autopay comes from expires in a few days.

Do you think they'll raise the bandwidth rations this year?
