I'm trying my hardest to live frugally and invest my money so that I can live off dividends and not have to deal with these imbeciles. But I'm far from being able to do that. I just want to have this over with already. The annoying pinhead managers whine about the most tiny and meticulous details in my software and are only able to communicate in corporate buzzwords because they have no idea what they are talking about. All while the India office is producing hundreds of thousands of lines of spaghetti Java with no documentation whatsoever as brokenly as possible so that nobody but them can understand it for the sake of job security. They wholeheartedly expect me to jump into that codebase and instantly come up with some spectacular solution for whatever poorly-defined bullshit they hatch up that day. So for not knowing their meme flavor of the week buzzwords and not being able to traverse millions of lines of Indian spaghetti made to be as difficult to work with as possible, they accuse me of being incompetent and forbid me from showing any of my actual talents. It's absurd. And this is how almost every one of these companies operates.
I'm going to go to the manager and tell him that if he doesn't give me a raise I'm going to quit.
