Now that WebAssembly barely works

Does it mean the Javascript curse no longer exists?
Would you reuse the WebAssembly specification in the Lispweb?
Will you become a web apper?

wasm is traditionally just another abstraction on top of abstraction (asm.js and nacl). No actual native code whatsoever (though win 10 and linux has support for it). What a bummer.

A functor and a function are the same damn thing.

Javascript will continue to live. Webassembly doesn't deprecate Javascript.

These kikes want ``native code'' (meaning Intel x86) to be the language of the web because it will prolong the life of their dying CPU architecture.

It means you won't be forced to write Javascript if you don't want. From a practical and realistic standpoint though, you will be );}()};ing forever because Javascript will never die.

I prefer coffeescript

The static memory footprint allocated to it is bullshit, and sorely limits dynamic design.

How is this relevant? Honest question.

It means that it will never do anything more than "barely work" and doesn't change anything about javascript at all. If anybody tries to use it for reals, they'll hit that barrier and reevaluate what the fuck they're doing with their time. The answer to the 3 questions in >>1 regarding webasm are all "No change", purely because of this shit.

It's relevant because it keeps retards from shitting their turdware all over your computer.

Hi,

I like my games fully baked to perfection. I am not a consumer of Free MMO's or anything that remotely smells of "Indie developer". I also avoid Alpha, and "Pay us to develop" titles.

i would love a filter that basically puts be back in WalMart in the 1990's game section. Game that are complete, and that do not need any further development or patching are all I have to choose from. Sure there may be a patch needed here or there, but I can rest assured that if my PC meets the requirements on the box that i will have a REALLY good chance of it actually working.

Does anyone else want a persistent filter like this?
