Best GUI toolkit?

Constraints:
- free as in beer
- must be beautiful by default, no Tk shit
- is or can be made to interop with SBCL
- static linking
- at least works on Windows

All of the Lisp game jam games I've seen have been using SDL. Both SDL and GTK+ bindings are available via quick google, if not on Quicklisp.
