Yes ,im a proframmer. And yes, im queer. Fck you! that doesnt make me less of a programmer t!an you. Strwoght whitebrogrammers are a dying race. Say helllo to queer coders. Better get used to it. People like me understand the ux side of things better and the social dynamic of the workplace. That means your gross power ames arent going to be able to conintue. The pecker order is changing. Being queer i undrstand better how to help improve diversity. My code is every bit as valuabale as yours.

Queer is a general term for non-"cishet"
Isn't that exactly what I said?

I know what queer is supposed to mean, I just don't accept it as having the same level of legitimacy/correspondence with biology that (homo|bi)sexuality and transgenderism have. If you were gay you would say you're gay, and if you were transgender you'd say that too. "Queer" is an attractive identity to savvy leftists because it doesn't actually dictate any sort of traits or behavior to the people it applies to, except for some reason cutting your hair short and dying it bright colors, making it neatly fit on top whatever your actual gender and sexuality are like a brightly colored hat. It's about as innate as a being a punk rocker or a typical teenager goth/emo phase.
