Programming a bunch of chips to bend to your will is extremely samsaric(illusiom of control, desire to control, the subservience to the language remolding your mind, arbitrary hardware laws and defects) and essentially a dead-end karmic work which will not advance your soul/consciousness: it maladaptive in the grand scheme of things, just like dedicating yourself to video gaming.
