When you do, the normal Google search result page has a popup saying "we have a challenge for you". After you open the invite, it leads you to a web based/JS "unix" terminal that has a folder with a bunch of code challenges in .txt files. You write the solution (before the timer runs out), run the "tests," and then if it passes you get to move on to the next challenge.
