video's here: https://youtu.be/q6C8MDuJJak

I read the /sg/ thread today and saw that they were discussing Nikita Sadkov instead of syrian frontlines. Our friend is a fucking attention whore.

Yes it is him:

There are two options now:
- Nikita is terminated by the ФСБ.
- Or will be imprisoned for up to years 4 (Федеральных законов от 27.12.2009 N 377-ФЗ, от 07.12.2011 N 420-ФЗ).

NIKITA SNAPPED

I really feel sorry for Nikita Sadkov. He tries his best, but always comes up short and does the wrong thing. He's like a real-life Russian version of Mr. Bean.

As far as I understood he's trying to get some fame as an activist. His plan is to get political asylum in Ukraine.

I liked him more when he focused on Jews.

To translate the comment below his video for all you stupid Westerners:

Sorry for the quality - everyone I've asked to work as cameraman were scared even though I'd offered money. And holding a camera and a ligher in the same hand is tough. Several meters away from me there were clueless Russ-ish cops, but they didn't even yell at me to prevent the burning of the flag, even though that's a federal offense according to article 329 of RF CC. Even if you burn all of Russia - nobody would care about the disgusting Russian Mordor, not even the orcs themselves.

What's going on in Russia? This feels like 1991 all over again, but without the Soviets...

What's going on in Russia is that the fat lazy bear who used to thrive on the endless shower of oil money suddenly found that the shower is over and it has no real options left. The state corporations who make up the majority of economy turned out to be extremely inefficient (just look at Gazprom: a giant massive bowl of fail), the oversized bureaucratic class is useless and has turned to quarreling over the dwindling money sources, and the general populace, complacent and apathic as it is, is starting to stand up for its rights. We've already had truckers protesting against new taxes, farmers protest against raiders overtaking their lands, pensioners protest over small pensions etc. Against the backdrop of growing poverty, the depth and pervasiveness of bureaucracy's corruption is becoming more vivid than ever. And the only thing those in power can do is flex the military muscles and increase patriotic bullshit rhetoric on the TV.

This isn't like the 1991 because back then the country had substantial industrial assets. They were Soviet and crappy, but they could in principle be converted to do something useful. This helped when the rouble crashed in 1998. At the beginning of 00s, oil was 25$ and Russian economy was growing. Right now, oil is 40-50$ and the economy is shrivelling. The inefficient, industrially-castrated (who do you need factories when you can just sell oil and gas for 125$?) behemoth that is the Russian economy has no resources for growth and the only options Kremlin have are World War III or slow descent into dusty hopeless medieval antiquity. All of that in the largest and most resourceful country in the world...

Sometimes there are great Perls of wisdom here on Progrider,
and so any Netizen, even Menti**** the Great and Terrible,
feels the sudden urge to praise the poster and to acknowledge
the value of what said poster has to say. When God created Russia, He created a land of poets and musicians and long-
suffering workers and heroes. Russia was one of God's greatest
accomplishments. One time during a snowstorm the aforesaid
Menti-what's-his-name met an older Russian woman waiting for a
bus in Seattle WA USA, and Menti--- showed that he knew some
Russian language by quoting the first line of a Russian poem:

Жди меня и я вернусь ---

and the lady from Russia then recited the ENTIRE POEM to Mentifex.
