It's a he-said/she-said situation. There are no eyewitness testimonies, only allegations made by Leah Rowe. Perhaps it may be true but I find it significantly out of character of the FSF's image for them to condone such alleged behavior.

Also, this is not programming. This is drama about internal affairs.

Libreboot hasn't been forked: it has been withdrawn from the GNU project and will no longer be called GNU Libreboot. Libreboot is still GPLv3 today as it was last year.
