Great question: Do we have an internal picture of complexity of primate brain or we could only replicate how Harambe behaved(much simpler)?

If we can find a way to send a device faster than the speed of light, we can send a sort of long-range passive listening device that will watch every minute electrical disturbance caused by synapses in his brain (according to Maxwell's equations those propagate forever but decrease in magnitude by the square of the distance so it needs to be really sensitive) by sending it tens of lightyears away so that it catches the data. Then we can replay a simulation of his entire life to an artificial or simulated ape brain to recreate him.
