Feels good when people like your posts, doesn't it? So keep spending more time on the site to get more likes. More time on the site = more data for Facebook. More data for Facebook = more money for targeted ads.

People want to communicate with one another. That will never change. But how can we build a new kind of social network that isn't as harmful as Facebook?

Okay, so if I wanted to make an anonymous board, you'd only want it if it worked without JavaScript or cookies?

But how will I handle post deletion then? If you want someone to have the option to delete a post, but don't want to have user accounts, you'd need to store some sort of cookie. Right?

Or do you not care about the ability to delete a post? You'd rather have no ability to delete, and no cookies at all?

Maybe it could have optional JS for extra features, and optional cookies which would allow you to delete old posts. But the site would still work without them?
