Online privacy has never existed in a functional internet. If you want anything more than static pages with no multimedia and no interaction, you are going to give up your privacy. This does not mean that I condone it. This is just a fact.

Yep. not even practical Bitcoin transactions have privacy (this has been proven already). Anyway, one thing is the fact that privacy is not possible, others are 1) the right to Anonymity, and 2) another is the abuse of personal data.
These two are actually very important and also issues we must discuss as a society, and we must not leave this to a bunch of SJWs and fascists on Twitter.
