Who invented this genius GUI feature

"Roll window up" and "Roll window down".
Because i activate it unintentionally like 20-30 times a day. I have use mouse wheel to roll up DISABLED.
It still activates..and i have to roll down several windows just last 4 minutes.

4t tray minimizer is the best shit ever for Windows. The only bad thing is that for some reason, it won't work on VirtualBox windows. :S
