I once had a list of individuals whom I want to see dead. The list kept growing. And I realized that I actually want is to see all Russians dead, and then the list was optimized to a single entry: all Russians must die.

Russians aren't immortal though, so you could optimize the list a bit more yet

Easier, actually feasible, and legal way to exterminate all the Russians: microplastics. Microplastics kill fertility, you could make a food or toy factory and sell your stuff to Russia only.
