Good system monitors for windoze 10

Are there any nice CPU usage bars? I keep finding shit like this: ``This Skin is designed to give a feeling of working with artificial intelligence to the user. This is the main purpose of it. So it concentrates more on the appearance than functionality.''. Does anyone take it seriously instead of creating animations of a robot jerking me off?

You're probably best of asking some ms devs themselfes. The chance isn't so slim, they're more open to stuff like this now. A lot of linux ricers finished college and are now working on windoze. Maybe some are posting here. Admit your role and implement it. I want it done by monday.
