Programming under Communism

Did you knew that in USSR it was impossible to work as a journalist or as a computer scientist without having a university degree? In fact, all engineering occupations required a completed BSc degree. If you got expelled, then there is no way you could ever work in the field you want (unless it is a potato field). Working as a journalist without a license was obviously a crime under Soviet law. In Soviet universities there were numerous expelling reasons, including crimes and just unapproved behavior. It was also impossible to buy a forged diploma. So if you don't play by party's rules, then you are out of playground.

Compare that to modern Russia, where it is very easy to buy even a Medical Doctor diploma of various levels of authenticity. So in Russia everyone can work in the field they want, without all the bullshit like "you must be in Komsomol and have good Scientific Communism grades". Yes. Scientific Communism was actually mandatory subject for any person wanting to program Fortran in USSR. Now you may ask, who works in the Rusian fields now then, when everyone can buy a degree without any census? Russia now has actual slave-like nigger ethnicity - Tajiks and Uzbeks illegal immigrants, without any rights. They are low IQ and love manual labor, like cleaning manure from cow stalls or scrubbing McDonalds toilets.

That is why numerous smarter expellees refused to work at lowly jobs (the only kind offered to unskilled people), continued pursuing higher careers. For example, Joseph Brodsky was charged under "Parasitism" crime code, because he wrote poetry, instead of doing the nigger occupations, offered to him by government. So Brodsky was sent to Gulag, where he still refused to work. USSR had two choices: either execute Brodsky or deport him. So USSR just kicked Brodsky out. Brodsky is a good example, since he was never a dissident, none of his writing are politically charged. He just refused to work in the fields like a mere peasant nigger.

Corollary: Slavery is justified, unless you want to work in the field your whole life. In fact, humanity must use eugenics to genetically engineer a worker-peasant species, who would happily do any routine subhuman work. Chinks already come very close to the ideal slave race, since they live in crowded commie blocks and do the dirtiest works possible without complaining.

BTW, I've posted that exact thread to https://bunkerchan.xyz/leftypol/

and they instantly banned me. Why Commies are so afraid of open discussion?

>In fact, all engineering occupations required a completed BSc degree.

Nice.

>Yes. Scientific Communism was actually mandatory subject for any person wanting to program Fortran in USSR.

Good skills in the country's language (and usually skills in at least one other scientific subject) are requirements for studying at a university in any country. Although scientific Communism probably doesn't apply, it's wrong to say that any non-sweng subject is unnecessary and therefore being forced to take it is bad.

>and they instantly banned me. Why Commies are so afraid of open discussion?

Maybe because of your use of racial slurs, saying certain ethnic gruops "love manual labour"/"slave race".

Nice
How exactly? If I believe I'm qualified, then I'm qualified. I don't need any diploma shit.

Any humanities shit is useless, especially political propaganda.

I'm just calling the niggers niggers, without all the PC bullshit.

If I believe I'm a dolphin, I'm a dolphin. Don't need any biology shit.

>Any humanities shit is useless, especially political propaganda.

Name a single university that allows entry to a computer science or sweng programme without prior language qualification. Further, name another reputable one which does not teach its students how to properly write a thesis.

>I'm just calling the niggers niggers, without all the PC bullshit.

muh peeeeee ceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee POLICE stopping me from saying NIGGERS it's the world gone mad!! what next, i can't tell a NEGRO to get to the back of the bus? t. boomer

But communists claim they are against racism, so if somebody self identifies as a dolphin, then we all must respect him. Yet in practice (i.e. USSR, North Korea) commies, well, gulag gays and other identities, who think too much of themselves.

1. Self publishing.
2. I can open my own university or academy, and award degrees to all my friends. I can even award "Sir" titles. Yet in USSR that would have been a huge crime.

POLICE stopping me from saying NIGGERS it's the world gone mad!
In USSR it was indeed illegal to insult people based on ethnicity. But I'm not living in USSR, so I will say "nigger" as much as I want.

Implying NK are commies lmao. But yeah, the USSR sucked for minority populations. I'm not defending the USSR here.

>2. I can open my own university or academy, and award degrees to all my friends. I can even award "Sir" titles. Yet in USSR that would have been a huge crime.

Congratulations, you can open a deceitful diploma mill. Doesn't address the question. If you had a problem with the university system, you should have expressed that rather than criticizing the USSR's as if current Western universities don't do similar things. Enjoy it when a "graduate" sues you because they thought you'd teach them how to write a thesis worthy of publication.

>In USSR it was indeed illegal to insult people based on ethnicity.

The more I hear about this country, the more based it seems.

Congratulations, you can open a deceitful diploma mill.
My diplomas are no worse than government diplomas, especially if I introduce some exams for recepients (i.e. they can implement a molecular simulation in Haskell, then they are expert Haskell programmers). And still I fail to see why some backward retards keep worshiping governments like they are something good and we still live in Roman Empire. In fact, Roman Empire collapsed because people hated it and its centralized government.

Comrade, why are you identifying with subversive-degenerate bourgeois dolphin-furry subculture? Time for progressive electroshock therapy and brain-correction pills.

they thought you'd teach them how to
I have bad news for you. Unis don't teach anything. They just sell diplomas and if you're very lucky have some good professor with good lecutres. It is up to you to teach yourself. Especially today when lectures by the best professors are available online either free or for much cheaper price than the uni fees. And the best of all - anyone can access them, not just the few selected communist party members.

It is possible to taught yourself even transplantology. Just read tutorials and train on animals. If you could transplant a heart from one dog to another, tricking the immune system, and the dog survives, then you have earned your degree and can buy used a medical diploma.

Today many people do journalism without any education. In fact, most youtubers have channels that look better than all soviet TV taken together. Here is typical soviet TV news: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_cXtwSD9VU

I doubt anyone would find it even remotely entertaining.

I mean, when I was I kid — or a teenager, rather – I hated the Michael Bay Transformer movie. So much so that I left the theater vowing to never watch a movie again. And then, a few years later, I watched Fritz Lang's Metropolis, and my opinions on cinema made a 180°; even though it wasn't very stimulating from a superficial criteria, the movie was meaningful to me, simply because it was something purposeful. Modern auteurs like Von Trier (I know that's a naïve example) have cheap but meaningful movies on small budgets captured on handheld camera. The Miseducation of Cameron Post was like that, and it was critically successful, even though it was contemporaneous to a deluge of well-produced blockbusters.

It makes learning about new subjects easier. Cause how are you going to learn about a new technique if you dont know if it exists? Books could fill this gap but you cant ask books questions that are outside of the scope of the book.

This is where unis come in. They can give you a more broad scope of things you dont know. Instead of having to discover them yourself. They can be told in advance so you can do research effectively.

Another bonus is that you get to meet alot of people that work in the profession you might work in later so you get an extra bonus of networking.

Of course these things are trivial en you can do replace them with asking questions online or by going to meetups for your profession.

Another bonus for me is that the government actually funds my study so I when i graduate i wont have massive student debts. And I just get a super long time to study.

You read the fucking intro paper, followed by a survey paper in your area of interest. University wont help you there.

I.e. if you study UFOs, you google "ufology a short introduction", then "ufology survey".

Yeah, uni is pretty dumb. I used to go to community college just for the sake of learning. Ended up getting an AA in something totally unrelated to my job and interests, but I stopped after they pretty much moved to online courses. Like, I get that everyone's just here for an certificate and that educations just a pretense, but I think the scam that is online education is just a hammer in the nail on the university bubble. It's so stupid that community colleges are legally prohibited from providing cheap classes on high-level topics. And it's not because of the efficacy of a community college's education, it's literally just that those certificates are too valuable to go into a filthy prole's hands for so cheap. "Yes, goy, go to that party college, go buy that overpriced certificate, get that scholarship, waste your youth on a lie just so that we can profit."

I'm really into languages. I went to college because I wanted to speak to people in those languages, to fucking learn them, not to get a degree. I know people with degrees in languages who blatantly don't know how to speak them. No sense of phonics, pace, microtones. Just absolutely incompetent; yet, to an employer, they're a more viable prospect than myself, who thinks the merit of my skills are self-evident. So stupid.

Worst part: they still charge you for textbooks. In a world with Wikipedia, they make you buy a textbook. "No, we won't lower the price of tuition. Just get a scholarship." "No, we won't give you that textbook digitally; we need to make incremental alterations every year, so just buy it so that we can support our scholars." Why not take Wikipedia, peer review it, and release it in static distributions? Because there would be no way to rationalize the gratuitous prices, obviously.
