Ability to effectively use behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices.
Expertise with social media in recruitment strategy.
Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requirements simultaneously.
Ability to work well independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Adaptable quick learner with the ability to pick up company systems and processes quickly.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Determined personality.
Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Obviously if they charge you with "hate speech" crime, all your accounts will be locked in an instant. Because "hate speech" is considered a subtype of "terrorism", therefore it is punished in the most severe way, and people charged with such crimes serve time in the max sec Russian prisons. On the release (if it ever happens), they will be unable to use banking system again - ever. That is to prevent them from funding terrorism, or raising money for terrorism. To get "hate speech" charges in Russia it is enough to insult Putin or Stalin. Or you can also claim that it was America who won WW2, because America gained the most from it, losing almost nothing. Hint: Russians believe it was USSR who won, and they see the modern Russia as just the renamed USSR.
