Printing source code

How do you print your source code? I like to pretty print it first, and make sure that no function is "split" between pages. (My functions are never longer than one page.)

I'm thinking of printing it in two columns of 80 char though. Not sure how /prog/ prints their source code, so I thought maybe you could give me some *pointers

I use an old line printer so it's on one continuous sheet.

I publish it as simple bound books.
